Richard J. Wager – Founder & President

Dick Wager has almost 30 years of senior and executive-level management experience in both publicly and privately held healthcare companies. He also has founded or been a founding member and principal of several healthcare companies, including three institutional pharmacies; a multi-facility long-term care company with more than $100 million in annual revenues; a medical supply company; and a consulting firm. Dick has worked with acute and rehab hospitals, sub-acute units, skilled nursing facilities, home healthcare, retirement centers, assisted living facilities, MRDD facilities, day care centers, and institutional pharmacies. A sought after public speaker, he is a licensed nursing home administrator in the state of Tennessee and a certified administrator with the American College of Healthcare Administrators.

Joseph P. Keane – Executive VP. & Chief Financial Officer

Joe Keane has extensive experience in various healthcare industry settings including as an executive at HCA, and in the long-term care industry. As the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Castle Dental Corporation (CASL.OB), Joe was instrumental in the successful restructuring and turnaround of this publicly traded company. Prior to that, Joe was Chief Financial Officer of Galaxy.com, LLC. In the late 90’s, Joe held the position of Deputy Commissioner of the Tennessee Department of Insurance and has since provided advisory and receivership services to several Commissioners. Joe has served as the Chief Administrative Officer of the Tennessee Health Care Association and as a Board member of several nursing home organizations.

 

Greg Margotta – VP. of Technology & Chief Information Officer

Greg Margotta is a technologist and sales professional with almost 15 years of experience in the information technology industry. He has worked as a consultant in the healthcare, high-tech and healthcare vertical fields. Greg brings a unique blend of client and vendor perspectives, creating a stronger bond between partners that ultimately provides a platform for success. He has held senior sales and sales management roles for high-tech companies such as Invoke Solutions, iLinc Communications, and Placeware/Microsoft. Before branching out into the small start-up arena, Greg held the position of national manager of web infrastructure for Deloitte & Touché, where he helped take the firm’s web environment to new levels.

Suzanne Abrahamson – Dir. of Revenue Cycle Management

Suzanne Abrahamson has almost 30 years of broad, hands-on experience in both the financial and operational aspects of long-term healthcare management.  Her responsibilities have included the development and implementation of financial systems and procedures, budgeting, internal auditing, cash forecast and management, analysis, and operational reporting for one national and two regional healthcare companies. On the operational end, she has developed creative performance analysis and reporting methods, served as system administrator for an electronic charting system, developed efforts for start-up pharmacies, and managed the licensure and reporting requirements for both state and federal regulatory agencies.
