| Ed Mercadante – Chief Executive Officer
Ed Mercadante has over 25 years of experience in the prescription health care industry, including significant experience in all facets of pharmacy, including retail, specialty and long term care. Most recently, in addition to being President and Founder of Dante Capital Management LLC and its business and consulting operations, Mr. Mercadante served as Chairman, President and CEO of Familymeds Group, Inc, a Nasdaq traded, $250+ million, 80+ location specialty pharmacy group, and medical specialty product provider. Previously, Mr. Mercadante was the CEO of APP a pharmacy benefit management company sold to a major distributor and COO for the Arrow Pharmacy Franchise System which operated locations in major supermarket chains and with independent pharmacy & long term care pharmacy operators. Additionally Mr. Mercadante has significant experience in Long Term Care Pharmacy and chain pharmacy operations. Mr. Mercadante received his B.S. degree in Pharmacy from the Philadelphia College of Pharmacy and is a registered pharmacist in numerous U.S. states. He also serves as a member on the Board of Directors for ProHealth Physicians, Inc. in Connecticut, and was formerly on the board of MTS Medication Technologies in Florida (Nasdaq: MTSI), and is a former member of the Board of Trustees for the University of Sciences in Philadelphia. He has also served as a member on the Board of Directors for GNC Corporation and Med-i-Bank.

Richard J. Wager – Founder & President
Dick Wager has almost 30 years of senior and executive-level management experience in both publicly and privately held healthcare companies. He also has founded or been a founding member and principal of several healthcare companies, including three institutional pharmacies; a multi-facility long-term care company with more than $100 million in annual revenues; a medical supply company; and a consulting firm. Dick has worked with acute and rehab hospitals, sub-acute units, skilled nursing facilities, home healthcare, retirement centers, assisted living facilities, MRDD facilities, day care centers, and institutional pharmacies. A sought after public speaker, he is a licensed nursing home administrator in the state of Tennessee and a certified administrator with the American College of Healthcare Administrators.

James R. McKnight Jr – Chief Financial Officer
Jay McKnight is a financial executive with experience in business to business and business to consumer healthcare companies. He served as Vice President and Corporate Controller of CHD Meridian Healthcare (AMEX: DMX), which was successfully sold to Walgreen Co. to form Take Care Health Employer Solutions. Take Care operated in excess of 30 employer sponsored pharmacies and over 300 health clinics. Jay served as Director of Financial Reporting and Quality Assurance at American HomePatient, Inc. (OTC: AHOM.OB) and as an Audit Manager with Ernst & Young LLP and Arthur Andersen LLP. Jay is a CPA licensed in multiple states.

Robert E. Dugas – Vice President, Sales and Business Development
Robert Dugas is a Sales Executive with more than 10 years of experience developing pharmacy solutions for Long Term Care. He has held multiple sales, sales management and senior management roles. Most recently, Robert served as Vice President of Business Development at a national provider of Contract Therapy Services for the Long Term Care Industry. In his current role Robert is responsible for management of our sales team and corporate business development activities.

Teresa Sawyer – AVP. of Pharmacy Operations & Director of Pharmacy
Teresa is a graduate of Auburn University School of Pharmacy and has 25 years of pharmacy experience. She has worked extensively in hospital settings including pediatric oncology at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in Memphis, TN and Zale Lipshy Hospital in Dallas, Tx where she was instrumental in the initial start up of pharmacy operations. As a consultant pharmacist for PharMerica, she provided clinical expertise and recommendations for 14 facilities each month. Since 2000, Teresa has held the position of Assistant General Manager at excelleRx, a hospice mail order pharmacy servicing over 60,000 patients as well as the Director of Pharmacy at Hemophilia Health Services specializing in high dollar specialty injectables. She is an active member of the American Society of Consultant Pharmacists and the Tennessee Pharmacist Association.
